For CPA firms

AI for CPA firms that turns every client meeting into finished work

Vinyl records your client and prospect calls, writes the file note and the follow-up draft, and drafts the proposal in Anchor or Ignition, so your CPAs review the work instead of rebuilding it from memory.

What Vinyl does after each meeting

Tax season makes the gap obvious: back-to-back calls and no time to write any of them up.

  • A File Note for every client meeting

Vinyl writes a structured File Note from the recording, ready to export as a PDF, alongside the summary and the action items.

  • Proposals from the prospect call

Ask Vinyl to draft the proposal for the services you discussed, then check and approve it before anything is created in Anchor or Ignition.

  • Notes on the Karbon timeline

Meeting summaries and actions sync two-way with Karbon and FYI, so everyone in the firm sees what was agreed without asking.

  • Follow-ups drafted, sent by you

Vinyl drafts the client email with your signature. You review it and click Send from Gmail or Outlook. Nothing goes out on its own.

What CPA firms say about Vinyl

“We really liked that [Vinyl] spoke with Karbon and were able to send those meeting summaries directly to the timelines… That was really a key factor for us. That was a decider.”

“No more fear about following up on what happened in client meetings. We have access to all client calls to review any issues or communication.”
